Testing my new Canon 100-400mm L IS lens!

I love buying new lenses, and I am making quite a collection! My latest edition is Canon's 100-400mm f4.5-5.6 L IS. This lens is fab for wildlife photography, with the zoom giving a huge amount of flexibility. But it can also be used as a portrait lens using the 100-150mm focal length, and at events for picking individuals out of a crowd. I am going on a bird of prey photography day in a few weeks and can't wait to try this baby out there! But for now, the birds in my back garden will have to do!
